We provide consulting services in support of general litigation and prepare legal appraisals including trust appraisals, estate appraisals, divorce appraisals, tax filing appraisals and fractional interest appraisals.

Private Assignments

Our firm is regularly engaged in providing appraisals for property investment, property purchase and/or sale and property rental for clients ranging from seasoned investors to private property owners, tenants and first-time home buyers. Some of the specialized private assignments we perform include hallway space appraisal, roof rights appraisal, evaluation of fractional interest and determination of share allocation.
